Start of the Underground Bakery's Blog!

This is the first post of the Underground Bakery. We have done our best to preserve the spirit and product line from the previous establishment, but have chosen to start this blog to help establish and brand our own unique spirit and product line.

You will still find most of the things at the bakery that you were able to before: scones, muffins, cookies, bars and brownies, cakes, and crostata.

In addition, you will also find things that you were never able to have before: house-made soups from scratch, hand-dipped chocolates, and fresh breads baked daily. There are take-home meals including Lasagna and Macaroni and Cheese, and sweets of all kinds that are beyond compare for dessert.
